Artists may send ONE (1) original mp3 file to the station for the content committee to consider. Please understand that the committee process takes some time. Also keep in mind that, while KRYZ has many varieties of hosted shows and MAY consider any genre of music, the station's general format is Classic Rock. Once you've submitted this completed form, you may send one mp3 file with a name that matches the song name you provide in this form below to kryzradio@gmail.com. The station will contact you if the committee decides to air the song.

Auditioning a Show idea

KRYZ is community public radio. We're always on the lookout for new DJs and new shows from the Mariposa County area. Want to try your hand at being a KRYZ DJ? The process is easy: put together a 15 - 20 minute demo of YOU hosting the show you want to do: music, talk, educational, whatever you want (keep it G rated!). There's a free piece of software called Audacity available for download which can help you if you're lacking the software to make your show demo.

Once your audition demo is done, send it in mp3 file format to kryzradio@gmail.com, ATTN Content Committee along with a description of your show, and why you want to do it. The station will reach out to you if there's interest in your show idea. If you have trouble with the process, just send us a note, and we'll get you going again.
